Lol Joanne has become family to my family; not only does she take care of my needs but she also makes sure my son is in love with whatever vehicle we leave with. Today I bought my 8th vehicle from Fraser Chrysler (and this is the 7th vehicle Joanne has sold me) a beautiful White Dodge Ram Bighorn. Dissapointed Have a tan colour floor console in a new van that has a greystone and black interior. Wanted a console in van and the van they had didnt have one but Have a tan colour floor console in a new van that has a greystone and black interior. Wanted a console in van and the van they had didnt have one but joanne said wouldnt be a problem. Well first console was from canadien tire that they layed in the van for us ti install. 2 screws to put in our floor! Well we weren't happy and then they ordered one from eBay! Wrong colour! Not happy! Friends and family are shocked that they would do that and advised us to contact chrysler canada. More

When I picked up my car she had put a blanket for my dog in the the car for me. She adds a very personal touch to each experience. She found me a Dart with the features that i wanted and brought it in from another dealer. I even threw a curveball of picking it up 3 days early and she didnt miss a step. Third Time's The Charm!!! I was invited in a Private Sale Event (having previously purchased 2 vehicles though the dealership) and Joanne (who I had dealt with previously, when I was invited in a Private Sale Event (having previously purchased 2 vehicles though the dealership) and Joanne (who I had dealt with previously, when she was a sales rep) introduced me to Stephen Osborn. What a great guy! No pressure, lots of information, and some of the very best test drive horror stories I'd ever heard ... a seamless, painless experience. Sherry did a great job of making the paperwork seem almost effortless, as did Stephen when I came to pick up my vehicle. Some only got interested when I was buying elsewhere. I had not chosen originally for a domestic, frankly being a GM owner for 30 years. I was lost on the domestic offering. Stephen Osborn, was real. It wasn't about the pitch it was about discovering our needs. Our lifestyle and personality. He didn't approach like a "salesman" (I run a company that is a sales organization) Very refreshing and frankly easier to trust. We had actually decided on a Santa Fe, but Stephen had called about an offer as a follow up and we gave it credence for his efforts. Right off the bat when we got in he asked us about a hobby we take part in, so he listens. Your sales manager was very helpful as well and assisted us in the direction to take, finance. Also very helpful and supportive. Explained everything. We are very happy with our purchase and will refer and return. But Stephen, made the impact that we didn't consider any other offer. Young, but beyond his years in talent as far as finding the real needs of a customer in a way that isn't about pressure. Bravo. New 2016 Journey owner! More
