The individual rating working with Shelby is awesome. She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia techs in ensuring the customer vehicle receives the best care. I believe the overall Kia Service department could use some improvements. Not every service advisor is like Shelby; just as every Kia East tech is the same and does not treat the customer vehicle with care. There's are a few techs that are awesome; and take a personal interest in treating a customer's vehicle as if it were their own. Between the few techs I am aware that are good along with Shelby, others that are techs and service advisors should be like Shelby and the few good techs that I am speaking about without naming Shelby gets a 10 rating along with the Tech who continues to provide excellent repair service. More

Had so many problems with my car since i took it here , Shelby gave me nothing but attitude anytime something was wrong with my car couldnt give me full explanations , would never recommend coming here eve Shelby gave me nothing but attitude anytime something was wrong with my car couldnt give me full explanations , would never recommend coming here ever !
