This was teh absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was sold a car that had to be put in the shop twice within 3 weeks of purchase. I went to get the service contract cancelled and was totally ignored to the point I had to go directly to the service contract company for assistance. More

Jorge Chávez , Eric Lebron and Hicham Belharsa are cheaters and thieves. They quoted us the price for the car in which there was a signature agreement and handshake for the established price, after gi cheaters and thieves. They quoted us the price for the car in which there was a signature agreement and handshake for the established price, after giving him the social security, they return again with a change in the price totally different from the one agreed and signed. They were asked why they had changed the agreed price and in a disrespectful way they came threatening us up that if we did not accept we had to leave the office, showing them with evidence (photos), from the agreed at the beginning. When this happened we asked the manager to talk to us in which they denied that there was a manager in the dealer and they never gave us information about the person in charge, a few seconds pass and the employee Ayoub Lazaar of the counter approached us to ask what happened, when we inform him he tells us that if we do not want the car we do not have to buy it, again we tell him what happened and the man threatens to get us out of the dealer by calling 911, we tell him to call them since we did not do anything illegal, and they were stealing from us. More

The individual rating working with Shelby is awesome. She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia She is genuinely a people person and cares about the customer. I believe she focuses on providing excellent service working with the customer and Kia techs in ensuring the customer vehicle receives the best care. I believe the overall Kia Service department could use some improvements. Not every service advisor is like Shelby; just as every Kia East tech is the same and does not treat the customer vehicle with care. There's are a few techs that are awesome; and take a personal interest in treating a customer's vehicle as if it were their own. Between the few techs I am aware that are good along with Shelby, others that are techs and service advisors should be like Shelby and the few good techs that I am speaking about without naming Shelby gets a 10 rating along with the Tech who continues to provide excellent repair service. More

Solid dealership but be prepared to haggle for the pricing of a car you want. Finance is a hook shot loan price jumped almost 60$ a month extra, because loan terms with the car being considered under pricing of a car you want. Finance is a hook shot loan price jumped almost 60$ a month extra, because loan terms with the car being considered under a unprotected loan so I had to talk them down for a good 1hr-2 for extra warranty. It’s was a mixed bag the car was cleaned but definitely not detailed, they cleaned everything you could see and didn’t what you couldn’t I found bags and black mild packs under the seat. One the upsides, they did give me extra days to pay my deposit giving me situation at the time I salute the manager for that but mixed bag of a dealership like most. Some information was left out some things were not done properly. The experience was ok the politics and antics will xxxx you off. There is a arm rest on the car they told they would call Me to fix when I got car 2-3 weeks ago, I haven’t got a call since purchased the car, the only reason I got information is because I went up there because I was missing documents pertaining to my car. I sold was told they would let me know I’m couple days that was a week after I had the car it had now been 2 weeks! More

Started out ok. Internet sales. Good communication. Good pricing. When it came time to pick up and do the deal, things got weird. I gave the sales guy two days I cou Internet sales. Good communication. Good pricing. When it came time to pick up and do the deal, things got weird. I gave the sales guy two days I could come. No preference given back to me. I pick a day, "sounds good" is all that comes back to me. Day before, he informs me he won't be there, but someone will help me. Ok, seems like he knew that when I offered the two days but didn't say anything. When I show up to pick up, they can only find one set of keys. I told them when I was coming, so it shouldn't have been a surprise. Sales guy said it had come in off the truck and he had the keys. Both of those statements ended up being false, I guess. He only had one set of keys and the car had 750 miles on it. The helper said it was a dealer trade and they drove it here.... Well, did it come in on a truck or not? Also, why is there a water bottle in the door in the back seat? Did the dealership use it as a shuttle? Was someone joy riding in it? The center console has a stain in it. I am suspicious. It was a cheaply priced car, but none of this seemed right. Took forever to get in to see the finance guy. That was a treat. First, he misquoted the payment amount. He quoted me a number that was $17 higher than it should have been. Then, he tried to sell me the extended warranty by saying the payment would only be $10 more per month. This was before I figured out he was already $17 too high to begin with. So it was really $27 more. I asked how much the extended warranty was, show me the number. He doesn't do it till we are almost finished. Turned out it was almost $4000. So I stop and get out my spreadsheet app. Give me the amounts, the term and the rate. Oh, I see, if I buy the warranty, I get a lower rate too. Also, where did this extra $800 amount come from? We started all over. That is when I figured out the initial payment quote was $17 too high. I also learned that buying the warranty lowers the rate (so the bank must take a cut, in my experience). After starting over, he switches banks, takes the $800 extra off and I end up with a payment $55 less than where he wanted me to be. I don't have the warranty, but I am ok with that. He tossed a USB memory drive at me and says have a nice day. When I get home, I realize it doesn't include everything I signed. Now, the key. I live outstate and vacation home here. I flew down to do this deal so I wouldn't have to take up a day over spring break. Well, I had to burn a day over spring break to come get a new key programmed. Told the sales guy I had a 10am appointment, will you be there and help me get the rest of my documents? Sure, he says.. Well, I show up, sales guy doesn't start till 11. Since I had received the welcome letter from the bank and the amounts matched my expectations, I left. Never met the sales guy. More
