I have been there before and had great service but this last time was not so great. I had made an appointment a week prior to have some repairs done due to damage from my car being stolen. The parts nee last time was not so great. I had made an appointment a week prior to have some repairs done due to damage from my car being stolen. The parts needed was listed in system (I had been there before for an estimate). The person who made the appointment also informed me about a recall and said that would be taken care of that day as well . I got to appointment early Saturday morning and was informed that parts needed were not ordered and also did not have the parts for the recall. I had taken the day off from work to have this done so I am very disappointed. The man that was there on the day of my appointment was really nice. I do not remember his name. He was not the one who scheduled the appointment originally. More

Made an service appointment for a HECU recall. Explicitly stated my appointment was for this recall only. Upon arrival the service advisor told me the service may not be completed if the part was Explicitly stated my appointment was for this recall only. Upon arrival the service advisor told me the service may not be completed if the part was not in stock. After about a 1/2 hour wait, was told the part was not in stock and I would have to return AGAIN after they called me that they now had the part in stock. Another appointment, 17 mile drive (+tolls) and my time wasted because they didn't think to check if they had the part in stock BEFORE I showed up for the recall. Wouldn't that make sense? Poor customer service. I doubt I would buy another Kia or Hyundai because of the poor response and service displayed by Kia/Hyundai on the many issues of their cars spontaneously catching fire! More
