I had an issue with my trade in, the day I was doing so, my trade in got hit and had damages. I was really worried about what was going to happen, but Logan and staff made me feel at ease immediately. Had a few laughs actually. Logan and I hit it off right away, I consider him a friend, cause that's the way he came across to me. Any questions or concerns I had was dealt with right away, never had to chase anyone down, which is the way it should be. Love my chev, I would get another, and recommend (and have) the dealership and product to my friends and family. Doing this little review is the least I can do for Logan, Sherwood park Chevrolet and staff. I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop l I have had my 2012 GMC Acadia serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet exclusively since buying it. I recently ran into a problem with a local tire shop losing my summer tires after putting on new winter tires, and trying to manipulate me into buying new ones. Shawna went above and beyond to help me by providing documentation and information which ultimately resulted in resolution of my problem. I have nothing but positive experiences to report about the service staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet.
