With Shawna Bilozyr-Sitek and Wayne Focht are truly the most trusted and friendly individuals who make servicing my vehicle a pleasurable experience. With no notice I can drop off my truck and keys at night with a little note explaining which bells or lights are flashing and feel comfortable knowing they will perform a thorough inspection estimating what is wrong with the vehicle. The estimate show what needs to be repaired immediately as well as what will need to be repaired at a later date. I have never been pressured by them on repairs. They make recommendations to ensure the safety of my family and I. The service department offers top notch mechanics who seem to take pride in their work. Shawna and Wayne offer that professional service and are truly dedicated to keeping customers satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their awesome service and customer care. More

We worked with Shawna in the service department and she was nothing but pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable! A few weeks later we had to get a vehicle inspection completed and of course we chose to take our vehicle here again; and we received the same exact experience as we did the first time. Each person that we talked to was very happy to help and provide us with the most information as possible. We were never wondering the status on our vehicle and we were also kept in the loop about what was going on with the truck. Needless to say, I recommend Sherwood park Chevrolet over and over again. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we will definitely be coming here first! Customer Service at Sherwood Park Chevrolet is clearly their number one priority and it shows! Thank you again!! I appreciate that Shawna has always responded promptly to any of my inquiries or concerns by phone or email. When I have been quoted a price for service or parts, that's exactly what it is. It appears that Shawna goes over and above average customer service to ensure her customers leave 100% satisfied. I really enjoy my truck and even though Nicholson moved, I still make the trek to Sherwood Park for my service needs. Keep up the good work SPC! More
