To be perfectly honest with you, I have dealt with SO many of the people at your dealership I am exhausted re-explaining everything again and again. I have spoke with John, Shawna, Erik, Brent, Eric, Sheila, and countless other people. I have expressed my frustrations and my situation so many times I can barely remember in what order everything happened. I was hoping to get in contact with the owner so I could tell him my story. I have a letter written out with a timeline of almost everything that I went through. In the first month I drove my vehicle 8 times only. mostly it was back and forth from the dealership. I spent HOURS waiting for returned phone calls that I never got. waiting for incorrect answers. I needed to bring my vehicle to other repair shops because I cant trust the service I was provided. I feel completely cheated. I am just making sure that I do my part to make sure that NO ONE has an experience like I had. I have never gone through a car dealership before, afraid that I would get the stereotypical car salesmen experience.... and that is exactly what I experienced.
