Customer Service, Customer Service I could write long list of the issue that I was dealing with them, but will say 2 issues is nightmare. Oil change- the tech forget to close a cup or filter and lost oil and car needs to be tow back to the Peel. I did visit them 2 times before they tow a car and they said they need to reset a sensor, when oil was leaking like crazy. It's not a rocket science to change oil, but I guess for their tech it’s. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee has water problem. When you drive you can hear water splashing on the right side. I did open 2 tickets with Chrysler Canada and Peel had the car 5 times to fix it and they can’t. Each time is different BS story why is leaking. Top on that last time I was told that pro will show up to fix an issue as well engineer from Chrysler to see what’s going on. (Chrysler Canada had the same story in their files) When I show up there again last week (is leaking again) the different tech said that he can’t find any info about company that fix a leaking issue. There wasn't any invoice from company to the PEEL that is dealing with this kind of issue. I asked the person how come I was told that the issue will be fix by specific company, Chrysler Canada has the same info in their file and you are telling me that’s not true. Also I call Dealer Principal to complain and never had call back. I did that from cell once at the PEEL and I saw him waking up and down drinking coffee and was told that he is busy please leave VM This people keep BS to you all the time. Don’t buy from them. Also once you buy and submit your opinion on DealerRated.ca and aren't good the person will call and asked you to change so they got good rating. More

When unexpected problems out of both our control popped up, Lida, Nazar, Darryl and other staff sought to get it resolved. Price was amazing - other dealers admitted they couldn't touch the price. Really love our new Sportage! More

Beyond the Call of Duty Dear Mr. Mane, Mr. Cyr and Mr. Diamantakos: As arranged through Darel last week, my wife Anne brought in her 2013 Grand Caravan today for service t Dear Mr. Mane, Mr. Cyr and Mr. Diamantakos: As arranged through Darel last week, my wife Anne brought in her 2013 Grand Caravan today for service to the left rear brake. Although it meant a 75 minute drive in to return to the dealership from which we bought the vehicle, I was pleased to do so. Why pleased? As I explained to Darel in a phone call last week, I was convinced that a faulty left rear caliper had caused the pad to wear through completely (at 27800 km; the right pad and rotor were virtually in factory condition.) A local Chrysler dealer would not think beyond his statement that brakes are normal wear-and-tear items and would not be considered for warranty work. Darel told me to bring the vehicle home and that Peel would get to the root of the problem. Peel Chrysler has proven to be true to its word. Not only was the left rear brake fixed under warranty, the service department demonstrated its absolute professionalism when it also replaced the right rear rotor and pads as well. I am an experienced powerboat racer and mechanic and appreciate the demonstrated understanding of the importance of balance in braking systems. I suppose a case could have been made to service only the left brake, but I would not have been entirely convinced of the wisdom of that. What an absolute delight to watch a top-notch service team do the right thing the first time! Beyond providing great service and demonstrating fair mindedness, Ro and his team went out of their way to make certain my wife's time was not wasted during what was obviously a busy service day. Mike delivered her to Square One for the afternoon and Lia brought her back when the Caravan was finished, providing her with an unexpected afternoon of shopping in an old haunt. This was all done with a smile by the Peel team. In a word, WOW! What service. Apparently Ro appreciated receiving my written analysis of the problem which I intended as a time-saver for the service department. A dealership that values input from its customers - double WOW! I wish the same could be said for the dealer in our area. In summary, we know we got a great vehicle at a great price when we bought the Grand Caravan from Peel Chrysler. I was told at that time that the service department was easily the equal of the sales team. I can now attest to the accuracy of that claim. In short, I could not be happier with "my Chrysler dealer". I will drive the long distance to Peel any time... including when it is time to buy my next vehicle. Best regards, HW More

Sofiane was professional & friendly. Can not say the same for Stephano (stating he was the "boss" ) we were very disappointed the rim on the grand cherokee was seriously damaged & being excited, buying long distance/internet we didn't notice until a family member pointed it out. It was unfortunate to have to deal with Stephano as he accused us of doing it. However the outcome was jointly rectified, us paying an additional sum to get a new rim, not to mention the gas, time & tears. LOVE THE Cherokee & APPRECIATE NOOR More

GREAT SALES STAFF, POOR FINISH, Russ and Dom for the Finish! Just bought a brand new 2014 Fiat 500L from Peel Fiat. Love the car! and the sales staff (Dominic and the others I spoke to) were FANTASTIC! However t Just bought a brand new 2014 Fiat 500L from Peel Fiat. Love the car! and the sales staff (Dominic and the others I spoke to) were FANTASTIC! However the finishing prior to delivery was beyond poor. Glue from tape was left all over the vehicle including above the front windshield, side doors and where they tried to remove it (looks like with a shop towel) has several surface scratches. Inside windows where not cleaned and had several hand prints on them. Scuffs on the door panels from someone's boots were not removed (even though I pointed it out to Dominic the day before). Along with other things I pointed out a plastic bag attached to the bottom of the vehicle I had noticed the day before, and asked them to remove as it was melting on the exhaust and making a terrible burning smell. My other and I took the vehicle home and had to clean under the hood as best as we could at 10pm so I could at least show the vehicle off the next morning. There is also a nifty little rattle in the back tail gate. To top it all off, driving into work today the tire pressure sensor went off with 225km on the car. My question, what exactly was done on the PDI that I paid for? So the long and short ... Sales Staff AMAZING! Detailing Staff, extremely poor.. (Tip for them, when sales staff says they have a picky customer, put a little effort into it.) ________________________________________________________________________ A few days after purchasing my "NEW" Fiat 500L I had to take it back to the Dealer to finally have the Tape removed. After being asked if I really needed my "NEW" vehicle (of course I need my NEW vehicle, That's why I bought it after all) My vehicle was returned to me with scrapes down to the metal! are you kidding me? Spoke to Russ who was taking care of me after my first review, he has been a pleasure to deal with. Arranged to bring my Vehicle in Today (Wednesday Aug 20) (Made arrangements 3 days before) and was told that I would have a loaner car. Fantastic Right... Not a chance! After being stuck at the dealership for 2 hours and 2 hours late for work, because someone had the brilliant idea to send the loaner car out to drop off another customer, and upon return ran into traffic. So Service decides to do the paperwork ahead of time to get me moving quicker! (Wonderful Right... Not a chance... They proceeded to ask me for my credit card, are you kidding me?!? First I am only returning to fix the damage their detailer did to my vehicle!!! How about you use his card. The Service Manager decided it best to wave the need for my credit card (Good move!). So the vehicle finally shows up! Again Fantastic right! Nope! Wrong again! they gave me a Loaner Vehicle that had the gas light on! So back into the dealership I go. Here's to hoping everything works out in the end. _________________________________________________________________________ Thursday last week I went to pick up my repaired vehicle a few hours earlier then expected. The repairs were completed with a quality outcome. Thank you to Russ and Domenic for putting out the extra effort to make me a happy customer! and so happy that I finally got my "New car feeling"! Thank you to Domenic who pulled through and got the items he promised me! Moving forward I am hoping some protocol has been put into place to prevent something like this from happening to another customer. Thank you Peel Fiat. More
