Lease buyout - go elsewhere Leased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. Good car so wanted to buy out the lease at lease end. This dealership wanted to charge the Toyo Leased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. Good car so wanted to buy out the lease at lease end. This dealership wanted to charge the Toyota fee of $300 + its own in-house $200 fee. I was told that they can’t move on these fees and that it’s way cheaper than other Toyota dealerships. Made a cold call to a Toyota dealership in Toronto. No hassles and no BS. Charged me a flat $300 and that’s it. Toyota Town has lost my business. More

Rob, the Service Advisor was excellent as so is the entire staff. I love that they have a few workstations with WIFI so you can work while waiting. They always make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. I bought my last two vehicles at Toyota mainly for the service, and I'm in the process of buying a third. Recently I bought brand new Camry 2018. The staff are very helpful especially Shawn Longworth, he helped me a lot in getting my car without any problems, as on the day of my receiving the car, everything was prepared as required, just handing over the car key to me. He explained even how to deal with and set up the car accessories and devices. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He really cared me and my requirement in the new Camry he worked hard to get everything on time. I recommended Toyota Town for my friends, due to the quality, the easy in dealing with staff and more care i found especially Shawn Longworth. . I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. She spent extra time with me to help reinitiate my loyalty card and also help with the sorting of my credit payment. Jan 2018 - Jen in the Parts Department was excellent in finding the right snow tires for my vehicle and assisting with the rear light purchase. 2012/2013 - Sean Cragg was the best Financial Services Manager. He went above and beyond to help me understand the financing of my vehicle. His financial background was an asset in helping me understand what I was purchasing and what to expect in the multiple piles of paperwork he was so diligently filling out.
