The dealership went above and beyond to address my safety concerns by going beyond the basic re-installation of a new sunroof, and actually had the new glass 3M taped. Further to that, they fully detailed my car to ensure no glass was left. While I was disappointed with VW Canada service, GP volkswagen service was OUTSTANDING. Thank you! More

Their service paperwork is easy to read so I can understand what they have done to my vehicle and if I have any questions they always help me get the right answer. I have to make special mention of a wonderful shuttle driver they have employed there, I believe his name was Brian (gosh I hope that's right) he was so friendly and chatted with me to and from the dealership.
