Along with great customer service also offered a courtesy vehicle when I took my new suv in for undercoating. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from capital. Excellent Service My daughter found my new 2011 Kia Soul on the Internet. Went to Capital Ford to look at one vehicle--and that is what I did. Ray Smiley and I went for My daughter found my new 2011 Kia Soul on the Internet. Went to Capital Ford to look at one vehicle--and that is what I did. Ray Smiley and I went for a test drive, and then we settled down to making it affordable for me. I got a fair price for my trade in and the Dealership kindly stayed in my budget for the remainder of the cash payment. Have never purchased a vehicle so easy in my life! I am very happy with my Soul. White with a red interior, it is very pretty and I often admire it when I am sitting out front of my house. I especially love the Soul logo above the front window. Thank you to Ray and to Capital Ford for making this a very easy and happy purchase. More
