Today, february 19, I took my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk to Dodge Chrysler at 2500 Palladium Drive. The service adviser was amazing. He greated me like I was the most important person at his counter. I arrive Dodge Chrysler at 2500 Palladium Drive. The service adviser was amazing. He greated me like I was the most important person at his counter. I arrived really early due to snow falling. I was coming in from Orleans. I said " I know I'm early, I'll come back for my 11:15. I just wanted to make sure of where to drive up for the Oil change" He ( i think his name was Ryan) said "no need. Bring your car around. We will get you set up" At the end of the oil change. I have a few questions. He answered them all with percision, accuracy and again, making me feel like I mattered. Before leaving , I asked him how he has been over the past 2 years dealing with the pendemic? " his reply. " I feel blessed" Bravo to the service department. There should be more people like him in the world. Thanks for the lasting impression. More

I recently had cause, to once again, challenge the service department with a difficult repair job on my 08 Jeep grand Cherokee. I have purchased two Jeeps here and return for service, I like the place a lot overall. Not always accurate with time estimates, the last two times I was told service would take 1.5 hrs so I waited but wait like the place a lot overall. Not always accurate with time estimates, the last two times I was told service would take 1.5 hrs so I waited but wait times were much longer, the first time it was 4 hours, the last time 3 hrs.
