The problem in my car was accurately tracked down to a defective part, but the work done to replace the part leaves me with an impression of bad quality of work. In a few words, the part was replaced, but something else was broken. To me this is unacceptable, and means no supervision, and not enough testing. Despite this bad experience with the repair job, the attention provided by the service advisor compensated it by providing a loaner car while the repair was done, and providing detailed explanations and updates. More

Ryan listened to my concerns and carefully explained the entire process to diagnose the problem. He called me back when he said he would and confirmed this was a known issue to Chrysler Canada. I was pretty relieved to hear this given the dealership I had taken it to the day before said without actually diagnosing the problem, they "knew" it was not a warranty covered issued and estimated the costs would be in the thousands! Before you have any major servicing performed on your Dodge Chrysler vehicle, take it to Ryan and his team, they will give you an HONEST and professional opinion. Trust is at the core of any service relationship and you can be sure I completely trust Ryan for service inquiries in the future! More

From the moment we walked in to the Service Dept., Ryan Rodney greeted us with a smile. He was so friendly and courteous. We were able to quickly arranged shuttle service so we could shop for a few hours. The shuttle driver was unbelievable, he gave us his card and told us to call him when we were ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, the repair took longer than anticipated. Ryan wanted to keep our vehicle overnight to make sure we received the vehicle back without any further problems. He quickly arranged for a rental and then followed up with a call the next morning to tell us our vehicle was ready. This was our first experience with the Service Department and only wish that other car dealerships treated their customers in the same way. More
