I have had more than 10 cars (Nissan, Ford, GM, Saturns, Lexus), and my wife, children and I currently have 5 cars (including some Japanese brands). I have been with Capital Dodge for almost 15 years. Ryan is one of the best service managers I have EVER met. Always kind and polite, and extremely helpful. Very accommodating too. He also is very honest and gives a fair picture before he starts the work. He cares for the customer and the dealer. I had a older Caravan from 2001 to 2010. I may not have bought a newer one from Capital Dodge if it was not for him and the service he guaranteed. Capital Dodge should do their best to keep people like him because I have seen "head-hunters" lure people to "greener meadows". More

Capital Dodge I receive outstanding service from Ryan Rodney I had not been to Capital Dodge for a while. When I arrived Ryan beaconed me to drive into his bay. Once in his bay I was greeted by my name. Mr. R I had not been to Capital Dodge for a while. When I arrived Ryan beaconed me to drive into his bay. Once in his bay I was greeted by my name. Mr. Rodney knew why I had come to Capital Dodge. Aside from my rust inspection he told me about a safety recall on my Dodge Charger. I then went and looked at new trucks - maybe my next vehicle. After a reasonable amount of time, Ryan came to the showroom to tell me the result to my rust proof inspection. I received the good news, the car was in good shape. They did some touch up to the undercarriage. Ryan will keep me informer about the safety recall. I have confidence in my service advisor RYAN RODNEY - He is a valued representative for Capital Dodge. When you buy a car you deal with a sales person for a short period of time. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of our first service agent but he was very helpful and informative. One of our door seals was falling off and he had noticed another door that had the same problem. It was a quick and painless service to fix our key FOB the first day. We were asked to return the next day when parts came in for our door seals and again Ryan Rodney helped us and service was phenomenal! We had a busy schedule with diving out to Alberta the next day. He took the time to make sure our tire pressure was checked and windshield washer fluid toped up for our trip in a quick and timely manner! Thank you for all your help! More

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle my preferred Service Adviser Ryan Rodney greeted me as I came through the door to the Service area. He asked how my day was and told me my vehicle was ready for me.and immediately retrieved my paperwork. I asked him several questions about the job as I always do and he answered them in a clear and concise manner and all to my satisfaction. I payed my bill and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. "My New Jeep Cherokee North 4x4" I spent a lot of time searching the internet for a good quality vehicle. I keep coming back to Capital Dodge because of my earlier experience with the service department. When I had a class 2 hitch put onto my 2004 Intrepid, I was so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. You can hardly see it sticking out the back of the car. When I brought the car in for heating problems and spoke to Ryan, he seemed to have an idea that it might be the water pump from my descriptions. He called me a couple of hours later and confirmed the problem with the water pump. He did not pressure me into any quick decisions as I wanted to think it over. I finally called him back and told him that I did not want to put any more money into a car that is 11 years old. When I went to pick the car up he recommend a sales person that would be able to help me with any questions I might have if I decide to come to Capital Dodge. Ryan introduced me to Geoff Anderson and I told him that I might be interested in the Jeep Cherokee because of the need for a vehicle to pull a small cargo trailer which is used to haul large scale R/C model airplanes. I have had the Jeep for only a couple of days and absolutely love it. I am really looking forward to this summer pulling my cargo trailer with my new Jeep to R/C events across Ottawa area and some events in Southwestern Ontario. I highly recommend Capital Dodge and two extremely knowledgeable and friendly employees, Ryan Rodney and Geoff Anderson. Please go and look these 2 guys up for a good quality and friendly experience. My new Brakes on my Dodge Journey Last week was a difficult time for me, my brakes were making squeaky sounds when stopping and Ottawa was under a freezing warning after beating anoth Last week was a difficult time for me, my brakes were making squeaky sounds when stopping and Ottawa was under a freezing warning after beating another coldest records. On the Wednesday 11 of February, an important evening meeting was taking place in Montréal which I had to make or break. Before I make my last option to cancel, I bravely call the service department at Capital Dodge to book an appointment. My Irish Luck was with me, the service had an opening for 2:00 PM. At my arrival, Ryan Rodney who was at the service desk put me immediately at ease with my vehicle's problem. He was very understanding of the situation. After we had an inspection and a report, he decided without hesitation what was the best way they could do to fix my brakes by replacing the necessary parts and letting me know that they could get the Job done and ready before supper. I was absolutely amazed to have my vehicle ready sooner than planned and to realize that the cost was below estimate. At the end, I was able to make my business trip and save the day. Actually, it was Capital Dodge who save the day !!! Now, I will never feel difficult to stop again if any more problems arise on my Dodge Journey. From now on I will recommend Capital Dodge to my friends and colleagues or at least to suggest them to be booking an appointment for a oil change and see for themselves. More
