We got him through our phone call to the dealership and he made this process friendly and actually fun! We got a great, no fabulous price on our new Ram truck, a great trade in price on our old truck and the time frame to finalize the sale after the long drive was quick and professional. Probably the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase ever. I will deal with him and Peel Chrysler again. Ryan even contacted us to make sure we made it home safe! Thanks Ryan, we tell all our friends in the north about Peel and you!! More

Best experience ever I was referred to Ryan by a good friend of mine. I found Ryan exceedingly helpful and not pushy at all. We had a specific car in mind that we found on their web site, so it was all about negotiating a price. We got to a price just between the 2 of us, without going to the "manager" and at that point we left to think about it. As it happens it wasn't the exact trim level we wanted and found that at Ontario Chrysler. We went to Ontario Chrysler to look at that model, having Ryan's price in our pocket. The Ontario Chrysler was the worst experience of my life, they did not want to sell me a car, let me walk out with zero negotiating and basically said "good luck getting the price Ryan offered". So we went back to Peel and not only did we get the car from Ryan but we got it for $250 less, without even asking. Ryan wanted to sell us a car and went above and beyond without us really even asking. Highly recommend Peel Chrysler and will be writing a very poor review for Ontario Chrysler More

I needed to follow up multiple times for answers. 2. Salesperson made decisions on my behalf that I didn't approve and were not in my favour. 3. Salesman needs to be better educated on the car he sold us. Told us we'd get more features then we did. In his words, "you're getting the highest top-end model, it'll have everything advertised". It didn't... not a make it or break it kind of thing, but definitely left a bad taste for us. Shame on us for trusting a dealer and not double-checking ourselves... A lesson learned for next time. Overall: We're happy with the car, not the experience. This is my third new Dodge/Chrysler vehicle and I wish I went to my previous dealer. I will make it a point to tell friends, family and neighbours to buy a Chrysler Hybrid but stay away from Peel Chyrstler. I will be getting the vehicle serviced at a different dealership. More
