Ryan is honest and held his word through the process. After I got the truck home I had a couple of minor issues, Ryan was on it and helped me through them immediately. I needed to follow up multiple times for answers. 2. Salesperson made decisions on my behalf that I didn't approve and were not in my favour. 3. Salesman needs to be better educated on the car he sold us. Told us we'd get more features then we did. In his words, "you're getting the highest top-end model, it'll have everything advertised". It didn't... not a make it or break it kind of thing, but definitely left a bad taste for us. Shame on us for trusting a dealer and not double-checking ourselves... A lesson learned for next time. Overall: We're happy with the car, not the experience. This is my third new Dodge/Chrysler vehicle and I wish I went to my previous dealer. I will make it a point to tell friends, family and neighbours to buy a Chrysler Hybrid but stay away from Peel Chyrstler. I will be getting the vehicle serviced at a different dealership. More
