All was done by email. No strings attached, no surprises, just a strait deal. Drove 524km from eastern Ontario to pick it up and within about 1/2hr we were on our way home. I highly recommend them. In saying that we spent a good time researching our new vehicle and after that part of the process it was on to finding the vehicle of our dreams. We went to our local dealerships to drive and go over pricing to get an idea of what payments were with our trade in. We went home and decided to look at the dealerships in the city to see what deals were out there. We were suprised by how much more of a savings there was. We called some dealerships and were greeted every time with pushy arrogant sales people. Didn't give straight answers and just seemed to want us to come in and gave us the run around when talking prices and payments. A lot of "around " this price and "what if I could" would you crap. I thankfully found Peel Chrysler. There site was very transparent and the prices just blew my mind. After comparing to all the dealerships I looked at. Peel made this part very easy. I couldn't believe this dealership had over 500 Rams in stock.. our local dealer had 12. I decided to call in after we found the actual truck we wanted was in stock. And the price was the lowest out there. I connected with this man named Ryan. Let me tell you this man is a valuable member of this team at Peel He was just a pleasure from start to finish and made me feel like family. He confirmed the availablity, went through the payments , emailed me the spec sheet of the RAM. Got me a fair value for my trade without even seeing it. I have never purchased a vehicle over phone before I guess I'm old school. But Ryan laughed and said that 90% of the vehicles sold are done by phone/email. The whole transaction was simple and not stressful at all. You expect to walk in to a dealership with your back up. Not with Ryan and the team at Peel. There is a reason this dealership is #1 in canada. I drove down and arrived at this little dealership in port credit, was welcomed like a family member Was treated to some lovely Starbucks coffee by Ryan. Went through the paperwork and everything was as promised. We then went to go see my new RAM. It was clean and filled with gas and exactly the truck I saw on line. I was super happy and felt like a kid at Christmas. Ryan I will forever recommend you to anyone in the market for Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram. You were an absolute pleasure to do business with and hats off to you and your dealership for making a new customer and fan for life. It's really true.. Nobody beats a deal from Ryan at Peel. More
