Before buying my new Jeep I contacted a number of Out of all Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealerships I have dealt with this Peel Chrysler is by far the best. Before buying my new Jeep I contacted a number of them and nobody could match or was even interested in ordering what I was looking for. I purchased from Peel Chrysler years ago (had a very positive experience) and after contacting them again received an e-mail within a few hours saying that Rocco would be contacting me within 48 hours...and he did. We worked everything out on the phone (which nobody else wanted to do), they accepted my offer, left a deposit on my CC, and that was it. No pushy sales people, no nonsense, exactly what I was looking for. Other dealerships could learn a lesson from these guys. If you go there ask for Rocco. More

At Peel, we found no need to worry about being inexperienced and nervous (friends and family talked up the whole experience to be very scary, having to haggle over the smallest details). Rocco along with Bruno helped us work a deal and we are extremely happy (even though we joked about having buyers remorse). Rococo's service continued when we couldn't pick up the car as stated and he came in on his day off. Now that's customer service.. apologies to your family and thanks again. First and last purchase from Peel Dodge I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the time of truck pick up and it would be a few days. I said, that's understandable no problem I can wait for it. A few days turns into a week and a week turns into 2 weeks. This calling Rocco a few times before, he gets back to me letting me know parts are in. I was like great. Then it took another 3-4 days to wait for a service to call me, however they never called to book anything. After waiting and waiting, I decided to call the sales manager. He puts me on hold to come back to tell me that the brake module was still on back order. So I asked, why did Rocco tell me it was in? Anyway long story short, I ended up getting a refund on the trailer brake and hitch. Sucked because I needed to haul some stuff for long weekend. It short, wouldn't go back there. I also bought into their $1995 rust protection as part of getting a 0.01% financing option. Wow do they do a horrible job of rust proofing for paying $1995.00. I will post a YouTube video link showing you all the missed spots underneath so you can see for yourself. You would think for paying nearly $2000.00 that it would be near perfect. I guess not. They look like they have a lot of great reviews, but I'm sure there are bad ones that people don't bother putting up. I'm just writing a review of what I experienced. More
