Absolute Pleasure. I responded to an Ad on Autotrader.ca, about a Cadillac ATS I was interested in. I got a reply almost right away. I inquired about the Ad after my afternoon shift... 11:30pm. Beverley Watt, replied first thing the next morning. Even before actual business hours started. She went WAY above and beyond, looking into a few accessories I was interested in. She even contacted GM Engineering for me. WOW.. She laid out everything for me over email ( because of the distance from my home to the dealership ) I live in Courtice, which is easily a 2 hour drive on the best of days. She went above and beyond, compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in my 50 years. My wife and I showed up out of the blue on saturday to see the car. Mr Basil Silas, was the gentleman I spoke with that day, as Beverly was not in that day. AGAIN, he also went above and beyond to help me in every way. The both of them made a GREAT team. The whole staff from the minute I walked in, until the minute I drove my car out the door, were a pleasure to talk to, and, deal with. Pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Despite the distance, I will most definitely be back. More

The affable Tom Cielecki got me going in the new car in record time and introduced me to the much of the Budd's family. Yes, even though I am not an orphan, Budd's has adopted me anyway.
