Purchase of Trax Cameron was very friendly and courteous which are the skills one expects from a sales person. However, what Cameron has, are the "its" that make him excellent in his position as Sales Consultant with Budds' I was interested in a particular model for specific reasons and at no time did Cameron attempt to steer my attention to a different vehicle. He listened to my concerns and alleviated them with facts, not opinions. He gave suggestions that were in my best interest. There were a few additions I was requesting to have with the Trax and Cameron followed through to ensure all were completed for the time of pick up. Even though I am a well seasoned car owner one can still be apprehensive when dealing with the financial aspect of purchasing a new vehicle. However, this was not the case during my meeting with Rob. His response to my questions was clear and concise; he took the time to explain the benefits of the options available, without pressure, and he had all the details finalized within the time frame promised. I went to this dealership as a result of a referral and I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend Budds'...".it's worth the drive to Oakville." More

Chris W. Comes Through on Mother's Day! I stopped by Budds Chevy Oakville on Thursday evening. My intention was to get some information. I met Chris W. upon my arrival. While talking to Ch I stopped by Budds Chevy Oakville on Thursday evening. My intention was to get some information. I met Chris W. upon my arrival. While talking to Chris, who is extremely knowledgeable, I asked him if it was at all possible to get a car ready for Mother's Day (Sunday). I explained to him that my wife had been driving the same car for the last 10 years and it had finally taken its last trip. I went on explaining that she never asks for anything and has devoted herself to being an unbelievable wife and mother. Fully expecting a response that it would not be possible, Chris looked at me, looked at his calendar and said with a smile, "I'll have it ready for you Saturday at 4:00 p.m." Without any sort of pressure, Chris offered to show me a couple of options of the Cadillac XT5. We went for a test drive during which he encouraged testing the capabilities of the vehicle. We parked back at the dealership and he went through all of the options, accessories and technology. We went back inside the dealership and I asked him if he could put a ribbon come Saturday. He said he could. I then met with Rob Powell who was also a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward to Saturday, my wife (blindfolded), baby boy, and I arrived at the dealership. The Cadillac was waiting in the bay sparkling with a big red ribbon. I walked my wife in, Chris asked her to open her right hand and gave her the keys. She removed her blindfold and the reaction was priceless! Baby and Mommy proceeded to sit in their new Cadillac to get a quick tutorial from Chris. Afterwards, I learned that the dealership's ribbon had gone missing and Chris actually went to Michael's and made the ribbon himself! After all the excitement Chris has even offered to schedule additional time at a location convenient to us to provide a more thorough tutorial of the Cadillac's features to ensure that we are getting the most out of it. Thank you Chris W. for going the extra mile and helping execute a Mother's Day surprise that started out as a passing thought on Thursday evening. More

Awesome people. I had never bought a car (or financed one) from a dealership before.
