There was no heavy pressure, but there was good followup with me by phone and email. I took a while to decide and went back in several times. When my original sales person was not available because I had not made an appointment, another sales person stepped in to help, again with no pressure. The day that my new Highlander was ready for delivery my original sales person (Justin Maki) was unavailable due to illness. I was very impressed with how well his colleague (OV Khalili) stepped in to provide for a smooth delivery. Dealing with Rita Dalal for the financial services end of things was very pleasant as well. I've dealt with ToyotaTown since buying my 2009RAV and have been very happy with their people and their service. More

His conduct throughout the entire sales experience put me at ease. I wish that all my vehicle purchases in the past were as pleasant as this was. One concern for me was that on the day I picked up the RAV4 it was raining hard all day. After finalizing all the applicable paperwork inside, Chad had to put on my plates and walk me through the acceptance of the vehicle outside.
