Bought my first Camry then and since have been either directly or indirectly responsible for I have dealt with Toyotatown (Sylvia Donovan) since 1992. Bought my first Camry then and since have been either directly or indirectly responsible for approximately 12 units through Sylvia. Just finished getting a 2018 Highlander from her - sight unseen as I now live 4 hours from London - but trust her judgement implicitly. Highly recommend her and Toyotatown in general. More

Upfront, no nonsense vibe. Ken Yates was friendly and straightforward to deal with. Was not too "salesy" at all. I knew what I wanted and he didn't screw around. Toyotatown gave Ken Yates was friendly and straightforward to deal with. Was not too "salesy" at all. I knew what I wanted and he didn't screw around. Toyotatown gave me solid value for my trade in to get the overall deal done...appreciate that! On the other hand, Rita in finance was too pushy. She tried to sell me warranties and car protection I did not want and was too persistent even after I stated I did not want it...got a bad vibe. She even stated, "its only $20 per month more" when talking about Toyotatown's finance rate vs. my bank. $20 per month more over 60 months is $1200 in my pocket....an easy obvious choice. It seemed like she did not get the obvious-ness on this fact. Overall, a very good experience ay ToyotaTown. More
