I am so humiliated by my experience with Straightline KIA. After 5 days of being under the empression by the salesperson that I would be approved for a 2020 vehicle, This dealership spent an afternoon trying t After 5 days of being under the empression by the salesperson that I would be approved for a 2020 vehicle, This dealership spent an afternoon trying to whittle me down to a 5 year old vehicle with dents, scrapes, and rusty looking tire rims, with no heater block, no back camera, no spare tire and filthy interior AND the carfax showed it has been in an accident! Those guys had the contract for this crappy vehicle right at the edge of the desk with one signature on it already for me to sign (high pressure)!! I ended up leaving in tears, was so humiliated, embarrassed that this all transpired in front of whole staff. I gave them my credit story and what I wanted for a monthly payment at the beginning, made it clear!! It took them over 5 days to admit they could not assist me, a complete waste of time. So very disappointed. More
