Ainsley was extremely helpful and friendly. She kept me updated on the status of my car and gave me accurate timeframes so I could determine my schedule for the day. As a female engineer, I also appreciated having a female agent to assist me. It shows to me that Big Star Cadillac values inclusion. The receptionist, Raven, was professional, kind, and welcoming. The dealership was well maintained. My sales specialist, Angelika, was prepared for my arrival and knowledge about the vehicles, and price welcoming. The dealership was well maintained. My sales specialist, Angelika, was prepared for my arrival and knowledge about the vehicles, and price, and didn't waste my time. The finance manager, Iriam was also very knowledgeable. He helped us navigate through different warranty packages without adding any pressure. Overall it was an pleasant and efficient experience. I bought my car and was out the door in under 2 hours.
