Took too long to service vehicle. Communication lacked from service. Sales (Ruben Cauton and Cris Mascorro) supported well with lending of demo vehicle thru the over three week wait f Communication lacked from service. Two items were not addressed (driver seat material crack and DRL not being bright white). Service customer service needs some attention. More

A Few weeks ago this month, I got a Letter from the Dealer asking me to come in and bring my car, because there was a big demand for my Car a XT5 2019. So I Finally I Took It in to View. Well The Viewing went well and I Walked out in a Brand New 2023 XT5, God Is Great, He Blessed Us one More time and So Did BIG STAR CADILLAC !! EXCELLENT SERVICE More
