Beware when purchasing a used vehicle from these guys. My experience wasn’t great. The inside was filthy when I picked it up (they claimed it was cleaned 3 times). The GM gave me a lame response saying that you should expect to have to replace things when buying any used vehicle. I agree but not 1 week after you purchase a vehicle. I had a very poor experience (again) at Winnipeg Hyundai last September when I bought a 2019 Santa Fe with 10.4k on it. David and Reuel were more focused on selling me that total b s “administration fee” fo last September when I bought a 2019 Santa Fe with 10.4k on it. David and Reuel were more focused on selling me that total b s “administration fee” for $599 than they were in pretending to be honest. Unbeknownst to me, the car had an engine replacement 2 months earlier and no one breathed a word of it. Later, Chris in finance, tried to sell me rustproofing, undercoating, and an extended warranty. Imagine my surprise when when I discovered the previous owner had purchased all of these. Apparently they can do this. Informing Hyundai Canada gets you no where- they punt you over to the GM Ralph, who has been silent. I found these things out after I bought the car. I feel I’ve been had- I just want to be treated honestly and respectfully. Neither has been evident from anyone at this dealership. More
