What I enjoyed about Braden was his honesty and service. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. No question was a stupid question. If he did not have the answer he said so and got the right answer for us. He was warm and personable. Overall he provided a great sales experience. The transition to Derek was handled very smoothly. Derek was understanding and easy to talk to. The none pushy way he presented us with the extra options was appreciated. He took the time to get to know us and tied that to the vehicle to put my mind at ease that it was the right choice for me and my family. He was extremely jovial, welcoming and straightforward when he neede to be.
