Big disappointment ! Bought my 2010 VW Touareg TDI , sales person Pierre Saliba had very poor knowledge of TDI cars, even tried telling me that diesel T-reg did not Bought my 2010 VW Touareg TDI , sales person Pierre Saliba had very poor knowledge of TDI cars, even tried telling me that diesel T-reg did not have ad-blue system ! . Before I took a delivery they stole all weather floor mats and air pump supplied with the truck , lost one the remote keys and tried to charge me to make a new one . As soon as I brought the truck home CEL light came on the dash , vehicle failed state inspection in NY , I also discovered massive rear main seal oil leak along with defective alarm control system . Dealer refuses to take any action to fix the issues even it obvious it was pre-existing condition and they knowingly sold the truck with all the defects . Very shady dealer , will never buy from them again . More

Even after I bought the car he took the time to show me every feature some of which I may not ever have figured out the car could do on my own. He really went through everything. Pierre was not required to do this, and it was 45 minutes he probably could've spent trying to sell another car. Then a few days after I drove the car off the lot, he calls asking about how the car is working for me. It is very evident that his top concern is not getting cars off the lot as quickly as he can as having satisfied customers. More
