I'll start my review by saying I work in customer experience so I have high expectations as a customer. My initial interactions we're less than I expected: I reached out about a used car through thei experience so I have high expectations as a customer. My initial interactions we're less than I expected: I reached out about a used car through their site and never heard back. I then navigated to their teams page and contacted an individual from their sales team. This too was disappointing, emails took a few days to respond to and I felt like I wasn't a priority customer for them. Because I was looking for something specific (model & color way), I wanted to try to work with this dealership as they had the inventory so I persisted past the not so great initial experience and scheduled a test drive. It was my in person experience working with Pierre that ultimately made me purchase through Colonial of Westborough. He was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining features and functions I didn't think to even ask about. He helped me find options (like a longer financing term) that helped me purchase the car I wanted within the budget I was comfortable spending! I am very happy with my new (to me) car and glad I was able to have a better experience in person! Experience is everything and it was hard to overcome the initial disappointment I felt so that's the reason for 4 versus 5 starts overall, but Pierre gets 5 stars from me (I'd give him ten but Dealer Rater won't let me)! More
