Awesome car! I bought a 2018 Kia forte ex model and satisfied with the car but when it comes to financing, that is where confusion goes in. I was hoping to get a best deal due to 0% finance interest and somehow ended up paying extra a month for some additional warranty. I wanted to remove extra warranty but somehow it is already been done and there is no way to cancel it. There might be miscommunication down the road on both parties but anyhow, i still ended up getting the car and just get on with it. Went back couple of times due to faulty remote start. Waited for 2 weeks to fix the issue because they have to order the part. More

Mr. Charles - great salesman, was able to convince me to trade my KIA Optima Turbo 2 years old in mint condition with brand new SUV - KIA Sorento. I was not planning to sell my Optima....but after a test drive with Charles I have changed my mind scratching my pockets to pay the difference:)) Well, I don't regret at all as my new baby is state of art car with all bells and whistles. Bravo folks, I am very happy with my new SUV. Thanks to Mike Defreitas and Charles for amazing experience and I appreciate very much your friendly and professional attitude and fair deal I was offered for my Optima. Thanks a million and the pleasure was all mine dealing with both of you. The staff is simply exceptional, helpful and friendly. I was also dealing with Peter, great guy and excellent mechanic, Nicole, admin assistant who was helping to process my paper work - all folks in this dealership are amazing people with passion for what they doing and always trying to help. After spending few hours surfing the net searching for the right vehicle, and based on the amount of negative articles about dealerships and salespeop After spending few hours surfing the net searching for the right vehicle, and based on the amount of negative articles about dealerships and salespeople I came across on the web, I was a little bit worried about being "taken" by dishonest salesmen..or inappropriate business practices when I walked into Lockwood Kia. It only took me few minutes to realize that Logan was truly helping me to decide the best choice of vehicle for me and my family and Michael was running real numbers on his computer in order to help me decide the trim and add-ons that will suit me best without crossing the boundaries of my budget. On my second trip to the dealer I walked in ready to shake hands to the Good People that where helping me with the purchase, I wasn't afraid no more about dishonest people or unproffessional business conduct..I was simply glad that I found a dealership were the team that runs it offered me the highest levels of costumer care and professionalism in a friendly and enjoyable environment .
