Purchasing a car was easy, very pleasant experience, except for the financing department. Tom was so not helpful. unknowledgable and doesn't tell the truth. I am more than blessed to have had the privilege to meet Gordie and receive his expertise to select a new vehicle. I have been driving the same car for 14 years and I had many many questions. Gordie was patient, super informative, kind, and has a great sense of humour. He made me feel at ease and even helped me finally understand how leasing works. My new car came in and although there was a small Glitch when I drove off the lot Gordie helped to make arrangements to get everything back on track. After interacting with other sales reps at other dealerships, I so appreciated Gordie’s style where I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and he really was trying to help me buy a vehicle that was best for me.
