I'd like to give a special shout out to Salesman Nelson Tang for his diligent work in putting this deal together for me. I did an initial web search of Team's van inventory and saw the 2012 R/T for sale. I showed up on Saturday April 12th to physically view the van when I met Nelson in the used car section of the lot. Three and a half hours later, we had a deal done on the R/T. Having owned four previous Dodge vehicles, including a 2006 Grand Caravan, I found this to be one of the best deals I have ever made. We were greeted at the entrance doors by a number of smiling faces. Our salesman was Nelson Tang. He took the time to review the list of wants we were looking for in the vehicle we were interested in and narrowed down our search. He was a real pleasure to deal with and personally took us on a test drive and a whirlwind tour of the entire dealership, meeting numerous staff in some of the departments. All in all, our experience was above anything we expected. Your hard work and dedication was most appreciated. Would I recommend Team Chrysler to others? YES!!!! I bought a brand new 2000 Dodge Caravan. The relationship continues after he works for Team Chrysler and I subsequently bought my 2nd Caravan, a brand new 2006 Dodge Caravan; then my current SUV: a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nelson has a good way to maintain good relationship with clients: using easy-to-understand language to introduce vehicles, good and nice talking skills, more importantly, he knows clients. I remember when he recommended the new 2011Jeep Grand Cherokee to me, he mentioned it has a lot of advanced features which is good for me. This is ture to me, I like very much tech features in it when driving it, like 9 speaker audio system and the 30GB disk within it: I am keeping adding CDs into it. But it looks that will take me quite a while to fill the disk (it can store around 600 CDs... Mi Wang More

Winston, Nelson, Georg (purchased at Team Chrysler when new) and ended up trading it for a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to coincide with Valentine's Day!
