Incompetent Did not have the required knowledge for the vehicle he sold nor did he have the professional etiquette when it comes to dealing with people. Not a go Did not have the required knowledge for the vehicle he sold nor did he have the professional etiquette when it comes to dealing with people. Not a good experience had to send the vehicle back in for service after he told us everything was fine and he checked with the mechanics. If Nathan had checked the tire pressure like we asked and the warning light was on in the vehicle he said it was suppose to be. Even a colleague came over and said let the mechanic’s have a look Nathan said no they had checked and everything was fine. Not sure how they were able to approve the safety with the warning ?? light on. This caused us to have to go back and schedule an appt. to have them fix the problem. No apologies here he just likes to take no ownership and blame others. We had to take the vehicle down wait for the repair then puck it up again (waste of time) should have already been taken care of. Once the vehicle is in for repair the service manager pulls off a part that was inside the vehicle and breaks into 3 pieces and told me it just crumbled in his hand. If he knew it was an after market piece why did he have to destroy it, we liked it. He actually had papers from Amazon to replace the part and gave it to me. Then he hands me the papers and says no charge, no kidding no charge it should of been taken care of the day we picked up the vehicle, and the dealership should actually replace the piece they broke off into pieces as we purchased the vehicle with that part Intact. More

Waste of Time After 3 weeks of negotiation, we received a price from the 'manager' and sales rep over the phone that we agreed to. We drove 2 hours to the dealershi After 3 weeks of negotiation, we received a price from the 'manager' and sales rep over the phone that we agreed to. We drove 2 hours to the dealership with my 7 1/2 month pregnant wife and confirmed the numbers and price when we arrived on paper - THE SALES REP WROTE IT DOWN. After another 2.5 hours at the dealership they said they made a mistake and quoted us $9,000 over the original price quoted!!! What an absolute waste of time. This dealership has no respect for people or their time. We left feeling completely sick. More
