You won't find a more genuine and responsive salesperson anywhere. I always felt like a priority with him no matter how busy he is....and he is a very busy man. The day of pick up went extremely smooth starting off with Natalia in finance. Very friendly with lots of good conversation to fill the time between all the keystrokes and paper signing. She knows her job and the business very well and is very personable. Finally I get my truck and Christina was there to walk me through all the bells and whistles and answer all my questions. My fiancée and I were scared to go through the experience of buying our first car but Leduc Chrysler went above and beyond any expectations we had. I was worried about pushy salesmen or not being taken seriously as a young couple, but nothing could be further from the truth at Leduc Chrysler. Brad worked with us for a few days prior to our visit to help us pick the right vehicle. When we decided to go in and take a look, Brad saw my fiancee and I right away. We went for a test drive and immediately fell in love with the Jeep we chose. Brad was amazing to work with, he was very friendly and was willing to work with us to make sure we got a good deal on the Jeep and our trade in. We went back in the next day to buy the Jeep and Natalia helped set up the financing for us; we couldn't be happier. She was very friendly and funny, we felt like we understood our options and that she was really looking out for us. Christina made sure to guide us through all the features and settings on the Jeep before we left. She was a lot of fun to work with and we never felt rushed even with the time needed to go over everything. Overall, Leduc Chrysler made us feel like we were in very good hands when buying our first car. The employees here aren't just looking to sell you a vehicle, they're trying to sell you the right vehicle for you and thats what puts them above other dealerships. More
