They went as far as doing everything as quickly as they could so my spouse could make it to work on time. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions leaving us completely comfortable with our decision. I would give 10 stars if I could! I just purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento SX Turbo and it is amazing...but more amazing than the Sorento is the customer service at Kia of Timmins! He sees and understands his customer and can find a proper vehicle that would fit your proper budget and lifestyle. This person is not pushy and doesn’t put down any other dealer. A straight forward , knowledgeable and kind of a guy. When you have a dealer like that you can imagine how the service department is. Our experience with the service department, for us , are exceptional. They respect and very polite and do the best they can to service and care for their customers.
