He listened attentively to my comments and questions. Prior to a test drive, Nick reviewed the product's features and explained the benefit of each one. Afterwards, he asked me about my plan. He was patient with me and acknowledged positively when I outlined my next steps and offered to help with my decision. Nick followed up with a video call that left me with a further positive feeling about my experience. I returned a few days later for further inspection of the vehicle. Once again Nick was patient when I explained that I would make a decision very soon. After contacting Nick to inform him I would proceed with the lease of the 2020 Buick Encore GX, he welcomed me warmly and respectfully. As a result, I rate the dealership very high. I also received exemplary service from Michael Budd and Nancy Ironmonger in the finance dept. I'm confident that I shall receive a similarly high level of service from the service dept. and any other departments that I interact with. More
