10 o’clock appointment- took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get the oil change and tires rotated. When I approached service desk, keys were there… then car was pulled up for me and I waited another 15 stuck be get the oil change and tires rotated. When I approached service desk, keys were there… then car was pulled up for me and I waited another 15 stuck behind a car in the bay, just sitting there and could not leave. Not a good day for customer service. More

Anytime service was needed, I had no problem getting an appointment. Service rep always keeps you up to date on progress. Work is always done right the first time. We are snowbirds and I actually plan sche appointment. Service rep always keeps you up to date on progress. Work is always done right the first time. We are snowbirds and I actually plan scheduled service so we are in Florida and I can use Regal. This time I had a tire issue needing immediate attention. I called and they told me to bring it in without a prior appointment. They promptly fixed the tire. They were busy with scheduled work. But, they treated me as if I was their only customer. I am a very satisfied customer! . More

I came into the dealership with no past experience with Kia. I was blessed with the help from Misty as my service advisor. I chose to wait while the car was being serviced. Misty keep me updated on every a Kia. I was blessed with the help from Misty as my service advisor. I chose to wait while the car was being serviced. Misty keep me updated on every aspect of the service, including the recall that I had no idea was needed. I’m 57 years old and have taken several vehicles in for service, I can honestly say that I have never felt more informed then I experienced. Misty needs to be recognized as an example for all service advisors to follow. More
