I was greeted in a friendly and non pushy manner in an earlier exploratory visit and when I was ready to actually purchase a Sedona I went back to them. I was informed that the gentleman I had dealt with earlier had left the dealership, but Jody was ready to step in and answer all of my questions. I left with a first quote with more information promised later that day via email. The email arrived the next day, but it made me smile as the amount for my trade-in fell in line in the range I was expecting and an additional discount had also been included. When I compared this to the other quote I had in hand, I was pretty sure Turpin would be where a transaction would occur. They tried to locate a winter tire package for me, but I am pretty particular about winter tires and I wanted Michelin's X-ICE tires based upon previous use of these. The package was not available. André (manager) made the expected usual up-sell offers to me and I declined all but the winter mats. There was not much back and forth as the price suited me fine. Since it was a cash purchase I tried to do an e-transfer from my bank... Turpin could not accept that... they wanted a certified cheque ...we settled on a bank draft which took 8 days to arrive from my virtual bank. The van was ready for me and all looked great, the hitch and mats were in/on the vehicle. Jody took her time and explained many of the features to me. I was very happy with the delivery experience. Since I had my previous vehicle serviced there a couple of times I knew that the service would also be excellent. From start to finish I was very happy to deal with Turpin, and would definitely recommend even without the incentives. More

My sister and Bro-in-law just bought a new Kia Optima and highly recommended to come see Jody and look at different options Kia had for us. Upon arrival we met Mike who gave us lots of info on the Kia Sportage. We went for a drive in one and LOVED it. Everyone is knowledgeable and was patient on answering all the questions I had (I might of been a nightmare, ha). Andre went the extra mile and found the trim I wanted in the colour I loved. At pick up, Jody was super kind and explained all the options/features we have. Small town friendliness with a great experience!!! I highly recommend Turpin Kia!!! More

New-to-us Car My husband and I bought our first car through the Turpin Kia dealership when they were located in Perth. We kept going back to have our car serviced, My husband and I bought our first car through the Turpin Kia dealership when they were located in Perth. We kept going back to have our car serviced, even after they moved to Carleton Place, because we didn't think we would ever get better service anywhere. All of the staff have always been very friendly, & knowledgable. Unfortunately, we were in a collision at the end of June, and our car was a total loss. As soon as they heard, Mike called right away to ask if we were both okay. It made a hard time much easier to deal with, and as soon as everything was settled with the insurance company, my husband said "Let's go talk to Mike to see what he can do for us." Mike helped me pick out another car that we are both excited to drive. Then, I had a great talk with Andre about financing, & a shared love of dogs. All in all, after a very long summer of waiting & some headaches, the staff at Turpin Kia has gone above & beyond to help us get into another great car, & I know that they will continue to look after us with this car, just like they did with our last one. More

Good salesman, no nonsense but with a sense humour. No surprises. The vehicles have always run well and economically. Really good on fuel and only minor repairs that have been handled quickly. The service department is the plus for me. I stay loyal and they look after our vehicle needs. Very accommodating. I've dealt with Terry in the past and for about 3 years now dealt with Jason. I enjoy going in to the dealership because everyone is friendly and listen to my corny jokes. Good people. More
