We were greeted immediately by a lady staff member who introduced us to Fern Turpin who then introduced us to salesman Michael Peters. Michael had an encyclopedic knowledge of the cars on offer. He patiently accepted our requirements and showed us 2 cars we had researched online, which we then test drove. He then indicated the pros and cons of each. We believe we made an excellent choice with his help. The final paperwork was done by Fern. All of the staff were cheerful and answered all of our concerns. We highly recommend Turpin Kia! More

Excellent deal, excellent service, many thanks My very old PT Cruiser finally bit the dust and we were out looking for a replacement. We decided to look for a Kia Soul which seemed to be close to My very old PT Cruiser finally bit the dust and we were out looking for a replacement. We decided to look for a Kia Soul which seemed to be close to the old PT. We were thrilled to find a used loaded 2015 Kia Soul available at Turpin Kia. Mike did a very quick turnover to get it ready for us to test drive, gave us a great price, and helped us to get rid of our old car which died in our driveway. He really looked after all of our needs. Andre made the actual purchase really easy - very organized and all questions were answered clearly. Jody helped us with coffee and stories while we waited before taking it home. Then...the next day after a -20 C night, it wouldn't start. Mike came over and boosted it. It happened again a couple of days later. Turpin Kia sent two gents to take it back to the shop and replace the battery for us - and bring it back. Great service, great car... I love it! More
