I purchased a vehicle from Lockwood Kia in December, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. At no point during the transaction was I informed that the vehicle had a lengthy history of unreso my experience has been extremely disappointing. At no point during the transaction was I informed that the vehicle had a lengthy history of unresolved issues. This was never disclosed or mentioned. Shortly after taking delivery, I discovered the problems and promptly reached out to the dealership to request that the deal be canceled and my money returned. Despite my reasonable request, they refused to cooperate. I communicated directly with the Used Car Manager, Peter Drummond, and the General Manager, Michael DeFreitas. Unfortunately, both individuals chose to ignore my concerns and did not provide any meaningful assistance or resolution. As someone who is also in the automotive industry, I find this level of conduct particularly concerning. If this is how they treat fellow dealers, I can only imagine how members of the general public are treated. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. More

Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Completely Disappointing This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the focus was not on customer service o Disappointing This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the focus was not on customer service or transparency, but on squeezing as much money out of me as possible. They lied about pricing, adding hidden fees and excessive markups that were never disclosed upfront. Every time I raised a concern, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the blame to another Kia department—a culture of finger-pointing rather than problem-solving. The lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism here is shocking. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of stress, wasted time, and frustration. If you value your money, your time, and basic respect as a customer, avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of other dealers who understand what integrity and customer service actually mean. More

I was a walk in customer and felt at home right away. Chris and Avery were very helpful and respectful of what I was looking for, Chris gave me my options and gave great sincere advice. The main reason I ended up dealing with Kia after shopping around, was really the personal touch and the team being authentic and themselves. This was the biggest selling point for myself. Got off to a bad start, in that the 2nd key was missing for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. After a week's worth of phone calls to sales and getting nowhere for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. After a week's worth of phone calls to sales and getting nowhere fast, I contacted Mike Defreitas and had the key within 2 days! I was most impressed with his service. I'm not in a position to rate the dealership as far as maintenance is concerned yet. More
