Courteous and professional service. Contacted HMP after viewing on Internet. The salesman we had talked to was not available, so saw Justin Parker. Test drove the Malibu premium we were interested in. We had already made up our minds what we were looking for and felt no pressure to look at anything else. This is the 3rd Malibu we have owned. As above the service was courteous and professional. Delivery was on time. Justin spent as much time as we needed to go over technology and welcomed us to phone or come back to Exeter if we had any questions or concerns. This. Is a comfort to us. More

2018 Terrain purchase review Justin was quick to approach me when I first stopped to look around the lot, and also in coming up with a price/trade value. Pick up went smoothly, and was also quick with all paperwork prepared ahead. Matt was helpful in getting financing lined up. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. I was happy with the pricing, and did not quote elsewhere. Only concern was that I was not informed of the 'auto stop' feature on this vehicle. Would not have been a deal breaker, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. I had left the dealership when I realized it was equipped with this. It was well explained when I called back to inquire about it. Also had a small issue with a lose heat shield that was rattling after I got vehicle home. Local dealership that I work with for service diagnosed and repaired quickly - Heuvelmans, Chatham. More

Dan was fabulous at HMP he greeted us very warmly and helped us even though he had 2 or 3 other couples he was already looking after that day. When it came time to buy the truck we narrowed down all the option and Dan did his due diligence to find us what we were looking for. Matt was great to accommodate and set everything up financially for us with the truck, I am very pleased and will definitely be going back and will be recommending HMP to my family and friends. More
