F150 finally!!! From our first visit to Erinwood Ford, and sit down with Martin, we knew we would be buying our new truck from him. This was not an easy decision as our parents have been purchasing their vehicles from another dealership to date, however, the service, friendliness, appreciation we felt and the information provided by Martin Left us no choice. I subsequently did further research on other vehicles and decided that the Escape was what I wanted; we sat down, listed the types of vehicles in priority and luckily found a candidate on their lot. He offered me a test drive and then we negotiated a deal that was satisfactory. Very happy with the experience and delivery. PS I don't understand why you ask me if I would recommend that a friend/relative would "work" at a car dealership. That's an inappropriate question given I'm evaluating your dealership and service. One doesn't visit ANY business and evaluate them on whether I/or any family member should work there; that's really a stupid slant on customer/business relationships. My rating on this question should not reflect on the personnel I enjoyed dealing with at Erinwood. More

Would Never Buy Anywhere Else Ever Again! I called in to Erinwood Ford Thursday night after being lied to by another dealership that said they could get the Mustang I wanted. He was amazing to both me and my girlfriend made us feel very comfortable and took his time despite it being nearly 9pm. Martin Menzies of Erinwood Ford not only pinch hit for one of his peers, he knocked the ball out if the park and brought the sale home. By keeping the mood light, answering our questions and providing explanations where needed, Martin kept our interest high and our minds at ease. I can't say enough good things about Martin. His main goal is the sale, but his focus is on the customer and I really appreciate and applaud that. More
