They both were very knowledgeable in there jobs and made me and my wife feel very comfortable purchasing our new truck. I had to drive 3.5 hours from my house in Algonquin Highlands Ontario to purchase the truck and it was so worth the drive. Adam was extremely knowledgable and thoroughly answered my (many) questions about financing and ensuring I stayed within a payment that I was comfortable with. My brother purchased two vehicles from Erinwood prior to my purchasing my new Escape, and though Erinwood is not close to home, it was absolutely worth going out of my way to get the service and assistance I needed in the car-buying process, right down to helping me figure out the abundance of technology in the vehicle. I was able to see all costs involved with the purchase and felt very comfortable with the price I was paying. Erinwood gave me a fare price for my trade and no pressure selling the extras - I was shown all the options and left to make my decision. This is the first Ford I have owned and my first time at Erinwood but I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle there. When it came time for pickup the car was ready on time, paperwork was completed quickly and Martin spent the time to go over the features of the car and to sync my phone.
