Robert makes purchasing/leasing so easy. He always provides the best information for both scenarios. I've recommended many family members, friends and neighbours to go to Robert for that very reason - and all of them have returned saying the same. Would also like to recognize Martin. Martin assisted us greatly in deciding whether to go with the Explorer Sport or XLT Sport Look. We drove both and Martin's knowledge and friendly approach put us closer the next day when we sat with Robert. It's always great to see Victor too, Victor and Robert have been a great team for many a years - and Victor remembers people so well. When we had an issue with our lift gate not staying open - Gary Banks came to our rescue. His professional approach in getting the part in quick was impressive. Gary called me, put me into a rental for the day while he and his team of mechanics had me back on the road in no time in our 2018 Sport Explorer. Thanks gentlemen so much. We'll be back. Erinwood treats you like you are the only customer, no sales hype no sales pitch. My wife and I are impressed that all new cars are kept in a small indoor garage all freshly washed, waxed and detailed. Martin, as busy as he was with appointments, never made us feel rushed.
