Within the hour, I had the price information I requested and suitable vehicle options. He was able to work with my tight schedule and met me the following day. Once I arrived, he treated me like a long time valued customer and made me more inclined to work with him as opposed to other dealerships. He did not force me into a sale, instead he helped me to come to that conclusion myself as he provided quick feedback and put all of my concerns to rest. After the purchase, a scratch was found. Martin jumped to action and worked to get it fixed immediately. For these reasons and many others that I have not listed, I would rate my service 5/5 and plan to come back to Martin in the future because of it. More

Martin helped me to decide on getting the 2018 Ford Edge and made sure that I got everything on it that I wanted. He was there every step of the way, giving me notifications on the progress of my new vehicle. The pickup process was just as fantastic. Although Martin couldn't be there for my pickup, he made sure that his right hand man, Sami helped me out. Outstanding service I was a first time car buyer and I was dreading the experience. However to my surprise, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. I anticipated a car salesman that was pushy and that would try and sell my the most expensive car but I was fortunate to deal with Martin Menzies. Martin was not in the business of selling me on the most expensive and unrealistic vehicle. Martin worked with me and helped me choose the RIGHT vehicle for me. Martin was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and He was very efficient at that. He was available for me at anytime of the day. He was willing to come in on his day off because it worked for me. He was able to deliver my vehicle at my convenience. I have purchased a new vehicle and I would highly recommend Martin to anyone I know.
