From the time we entered the dealership (which has a cool, fun vibe) we were welcomed by every staff member. We were invited to help ourselves to the lounge area and our sales rep (Mark) got the vehicle cool, fun vibe) we were welcomed by every staff member. We were invited to help ourselves to the lounge area and our sales rep (Mark) got the vehicles we wanted to test drive ready for us quickly (near end of day on a Saturday!) We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way, it was more like just hanging out with Mark and taking some fun vehicles out to try. All of our questions were answered and the entire purchase process was professional and seamless. Definitely recommend! Oh, and I LOVE our new Lexus! More
