I have owned BMWs for years and have purchased many of those from BMW of Sarasota. They have always been courteous and prompt when needed. Marcus, Linda and Jamie helped me with my last purchase of my “fa those from BMW of Sarasota. They have always been courteous and prompt when needed. BMW of Sarasota got me into their service center quickly, took care of my recall, and performed an oil change with a multi point inspection. They went over everything that was needed for my vehicle and kept took care of my recall, and performed an oil change with a multi point inspection. It took over 3 hours for my car to be returned back to me for an oil change I waited for. The video stated I was going to get a quote for rear brake replacements; but never got one. Too late now, since I ord for an oil change I waited for. The video stated I was going to get a quote for rear brake replacements; but never got one. Too late now, since I ordered new tires. I met with the loyalty department as I was interested in a used vehicle, and they told me they were going to get back with me with a “deal”, but didn’t get any. Not very positive when your dealership doesn’t follow up when they say they will. More
