We picked out the vehicle we wanted and added maintenance package. We then had been introduced to Robyn Barrett who would help us lease our new car. We were very nervous that we would not be able to get the vehicle but the wonderful Robyn Barrett made sure we did. They went above and beyond what I thought a dealership would do. I would recommend Erin Wood Ford to anyone,they are great people who are really willing to help. Definitely returning for the next vehicle. More

My husband and I only purchase Ford products and on the day of our purchase we visited a few Ford dealerships. After my the second dealership I was no longer excited about purchasing a vehicle and told my husband I wanted to go home and to forget about the car as the service was not great. My husband suggested we try one more, we googled and found Erinwood Ford (thank goodness). From the moment we walked in the energy was incredible and I immediately was excited again. From Lucas who was amazing and such a joy to deal with, he made my experience one to remember and then the person that appraised my car Nick he was so much fun and knowledgeable and finally the person that did the financing Robin- all top notch professionals. I live in Hamilton and have dealt with the same dealership for 25 years. Going forward Erinwood and Lucas will get all of our business.
