We have purchased several vehicles from Arlington Hts. Ford over the past 15 years, including a new Focus, Fusion Hybrid, Edge, and Explorer ST as well as a used 2019 F-150. I would just like to express my gratitude for the help that Luigi Alfano gave to myself and my son Jacob English during a very uncertain episode with his 2017 Ford escape. He was helpful at keeping us informed, and providing us with needed information and help with the engine replacement and repairs, He also helped with new tires and other repairs that needed to be made.
