Right from walking in and being greeted but not over-whelmed by the sales staff the day we purchased our vehicle, to being greeted, remembered and assisted by Stephen two unrelated times of the purchase. Stephen was not the salesperson with whom we dealt with when purchasing but was very hospitable when I arrived at Charlesglen for some unfinished issues and went out of his way to make sure I was attended to. He was very kind. Lorne (our sales agent) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy! He was a pleasure to deal with. We had been at a different Toyota dealership earlier in the day; they could take a few lessons in public relations from Lorne. Kerri was friendly and very easy to deal with. Her smile, pleasant personality and patient nature complimented the manner in which business was conducted. She was knowledgeable about options available to us and was very helpful with explanations. Last but not least, Mark. Perfect personality for the job of teaching us all the bells and whistles that come with our vehicle. Even before we started, Mark was a gem. My license plate which I was transferring from my old vehicle to the new one, was extremely stuck,; neither my husband or I could undo the one screw. With great determination, Mark came to my rescue. Mark's expertise in vehicle knowledge was superb. What impressed me more than the actual knowledge, was the pleasure and ease with which he shared that know how with us. Kudos many times over and a great big thank you to all the team. More

I am absolutely ecstatic about my new vehicle. I had a great experience start to finish they made me feel comfortable and it was super easy figuring out what kind of vehicle suited me. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and kind especially Lorne Shire, Brad Brock, Mark Peters (delivery) and Will Cheng in finance. I first dealt with Lorne, he was the first person I saw when I walked in the door. He was friendly, professional and could answer all my questions. This was the first vehicle that I have ever bought so I was kind of nervous walking in there not knowing anything. Lorne first showed me the different types of Rav4 with all different packages. Once I figure out which one we took it for a test drive. After we sat down to figure out what my monthly costs were going to be on which package/vehicle etc. I was very concerned about spending a certain amount of money per month between my car payment and my insurance. Both Lorne and Brad were able to get me within the range that I was comfortable with. From there I went and saw Will in finance he again made me feel comfortable, explain everything to me that I needed to know and provided me with the information to make a decision in that area. Finally the next day I was able to pick up my vehicle. I was shocked that they were able to have it ready for me within less than 24 hours I thought it was going to be a lot longer. Mark was then the next person that I met, he brought me downstairs to show me my vehicle all ready to go, give me the keys, take a picture etc. We went through absolutely everything on my vehicle inside and out. He show me how to use everything, set up my phone etc. These guys really know their stuff! I am very very pleased with the experience I had, thanks again to everybody that helped me out :) More
