My husband and I are in the initial stages of purchasing a new SUV. She answered all our questions and allowed us to sit inside the models we were interested in, even though we couldn’t schedule a test drive that day. Lisa’s professionalism continued after our visit. She promptly followed up with an email after work hours to address any further questions or concerns and offered to schedule a test drive. When we emailed her late Sunday night requesting an appointment for Monday, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a reply that same night confirming our requested time. During our appointment, Lisa maintained her professionalism by diligently searching for a package that best suited our family’s needs. She even took the extra step of exploring the back lot to find a model with the package we were interested in, allowing us to see the SUV in person rather than just describing its features.
