All was done in a speedy and professional way. Clutch replaced in 2013 Focus . The third Major Transmission repair in 3 years.Ford have extended the warranty on the Focus clutch by 100,000k. 2018 F150 Check Engine Light Check Engine Light came on while driving less than 4000km on new vehicle. OBDII codes were P0021 and P0316. meaning "Camshaft Position A Timing Over A Check Engine Light came on while driving less than 4000km on new vehicle. OBDII codes were P0021 and P0316. meaning "Camshaft Position A Timing Over Advanced" and possible "Engine Misfire on Startup". The vehicle was running well and only a reset and update of the PCM were done. Since this was not a critical repair the Check Engine Light should not have been used, a warning on the centre console display to have this checked at next service day would be adequate. There was no charge for the diagnostic - this time. This alarm caused a trip delay and cost me several dollars in loss of use of the vehicle, I am concerned what would be the consequence while on a road trip out of province, or out of warranty. Diagnostic costs of $200 + shop supplies could runup to $250 for the next alarm instead of a warning. Also it is poor performance to have a mechanical/electronic problem with less than 4000km on the vehicle. More

Regular Service Quick and easy check-in. All requested service items were quickly taken care of as was what was not requested which was the machining of front rotors. Quick and easy check-in. As expected I am liking the extension of service hours from 0600, which is quite helpful for most of us. My service rep was good, but she needed some backup from I am liking the extension of service hours from 0600, which is quite helpful for most of us. My service rep was good, but she needed some backup from the mechanics. My truck required some warranty work, and the rep was unable to explain it to me. The mechanics should ensure the reps know what to tell the customer regarding work completed. I do wish they had a quick oil change available. It shouldn’t take most of the day to get an oil change. Other than that, work was completed as required. More
